My Hair Length Goal for 2012!!!

Basically, in this video I am discussing my length goals for next year! In this video I talk about others being able to focus on their hair goals and reaching them also. In this video I say you can reach your hair goal, I am not saying everyone can have waist length hair, but I believe you can have a nice length! 🙂

  1. You have been a positive joy! I look to your hair and your positiveness! I had hair 4 inches below BS but couldn’t think what to do with it so I got a pretty large layering cut that I now regret. Soooo, I am now on a grow-hair-back journey but I like the waist length goal. I think I will do that with you. I think we are at the same place now, minus my stupid layers! 🙂 Any non-two stran twist buns in your future?

    Thank you for your inspiration!

  2. Once I take these two strand twist out, I will do one for you! 🙂

  3. Hi Alicia,
I really enjoy watching your videos and I will follow you while you reach your goal of waist lenghth. I myself am trying to get to BS and then I will see where I can go from there. Although I am battling breakage, don’t know where it is coming from (that’s off topic LOL). Can you do a length check so that we can see where you are starting from? Thank you and I hope you had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year. Oh by the way your daughter is a cutie!

  4. Hi!!! Thank you so much! 🙂 I will be doing a length check soon! 🙂

  5. Hi Alicia! I absolutely love your videos. They are SO inspirational. I cannot figure out why I keep finding single strand knots along my hair shaft. I notice them more when I blow out my hair. I know that you have a viedo showing how to blow out your hair but do you have any specific suggestions on how to avoid single strand knots?

  6. Hi! Honestly the single strand knots don’t have anything to do with blowing the hair out. This is more to do with our curly strands. Most curly girls get these knots, because the strands just love to wrap around itself. The method I use to minimize the knots is keeping my hair stretched as much as possible. Now, that I am almost waist length, I notice that I have so much hair, I prefer to blow it out once a month. So keep your hair stretched as much as possible. You do not have to use heat, braidouts, twistouts, bantu knot outs, etc. 🙂
